I own an apartment in El Andalous, Sahl Hasheesh. The development is growing gradually and will be successful. The problem we have at the moment is that contracts state the developer can increase maintenance charges each year 'up to' a certain percentage (different for different owners). In reality they are cranking them up the full allowed percentage each year, compounded. There is no open book accounting and this is causing a lot of disquiet with owners.
Failure to address this problem could have a negative impact on the success of SH. Rgds Len |
